About the role
We are looking for a creative and results-oriented Visual Merchandiser who is passionate about creating inspiring in-store experiences. You will be responsible for implementing visual strategies and ensuring that our products are presented in a way that maximizes sales and enhances the customer experience. You will be based in our office in Herlev or Stockholm and be part of our Scandinavian marketing department, working across our four brands.

In this role, you will create and implement visual concepts and store displays in accordance with each brand's guidelines. You will plan and implement in-store campaigns and ensure that the store environments are inspiring, customer-friendly, and commercially effective. Additionally, you will:
• Train store staff on the principles of visual merchandising.
• Analyze sales data and customer behavior to improve product presentation.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of visual strategies.
• Control the usage rights for brand images.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, and sales teams to optimize product placement.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone with previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser, preferably in retail. We believe you have a good understanding of customer behavior and sales optimization, as well as experience working with planograms and store design where creativity, innovation, and color and form are your strengths. You are solution-oriented, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment. You work in a structured and meticulous manner and have the ability to independently drive your work forward while also enjoying collaborating with colleagues. You have extensive contacts throughout the organization, and we prefer that you have good English skills. Knowledge of Adobe Creative is a plus.

The position is a permanent employment starting by agreement, where you will either be based in our office in Kista, Stockholm, or in Herlev. Since you will be working with all our Scandinavian stores, travel between stores in the Scandinavian market is a natural part of your everyday life.
